honestly, i almost wanted to write a good review, but then i remembered the slow room service that seemed to forget my orders, not to mention the pool chaos with non-hotel children splashing around. i would’ve appreciated a complimentary snack or something, but clearly, that’s asking too much. disappointing, really.
